It all began over 20yrs ago with a mobile outfit by the name of STUDIO 54 which myself and a few others helping out at local events by carrying speakers and such like. This then resulted in us also dancing for them at all their gigs. My first DJ break came about when the resident DJ at a local nightclub, some would remember it as Oceans Nightclub didn't turn up and I got asked to cover the night. This was to about 300 people and was certainly a night that I wont forget. Since then I have played at venues all over Berkshire and surrounding counties, this includes such venues as Mirage in Windsor to various bars and clubs all over the country and abroad. I was also a leading DJ at numerous top venues in Kavos, Corfu. This included a season at The Barn and Venue Nightclub where I entertained to an audience of 2500 clubbers. During my time there I was asked to star in the programme for CH4's / Sky One 'GREECE UNCOVERED' my claim to fame here is that i appeared for 3 weeks DJ'ing and Dancing back in 1998. Nothing makes Neil happier than to look up into a crowd and notice the atmosphere this can only be reached through knowing what's hot right now and mixing this with diversity and flexibility. Each set is considered by Neil as a journey and is fast becoming known for his originality, playing versions of tracks sometimes never heard before, causing such a stir and customers have been seen approaching Neil asking to either share the source of where certain track versions may be bought or better still can you make me a cd please |
